Saudi men often wear a gutrah, even these days. This headdress never goes out of fashion. A gutrah is a square cotton headscarf draped around the head. In Saudi Arabia, this scarf is traditionally white or checkered. And it is kept in place by a special accessory called “agal” – thick black cord.
