Hungarian traditional costumes are very pompous, bright, and festive. They have a lot of colorful decorations, splendid headdresses, and fine details. But, as for me, the most interesting and surprising outfits are male costumes. You really must see them! Very-very wide sleeves and trousers, male aprons and kerchiefs, plenty of embroidery designs (exactly how much time did women spend on those embroidered sleeves?!), and etc.
